Licensing a subset of claims

Is it possible to license a subset of claims to another party? For
example, you have 20 claims in your patent, but only want to assign
the rights for the first 10.

I don't see why not. "The patent holder hereby grants permission to
make, use and sell (etc) products/services that without such permission
would infringe claims 1-10 of patent X."
